We are prepared to invest and ‘take the early risk’, to acquire shares or to invest in companies with new and innovative technologies, new product innovation, high growth opportunities with a high level of market share potential. We focus on emerging market and sector opportunities with first mover advantage, and the potential of the company being a cost, product or price leader.

Such investments may be effected through direct or indirect loans or direct investment by acquiring all or part of an existing or newly formed company. Our strategy is to acquire majority stake in the securities of other businesses (whether publicly traded or not) or as an active investor but always as a commercial partner.
